Erica Lupinacci is an Emmy Award-winning producer, with recent projects including The Ride Ahead (Emmy Winner, POV), My Disability Roadmap (Emmy winner, The New York Times), PBS American Experience’s The Curb Cut Effect, , and Trust Me, I’m Sick (SoulPancake).
Erica has lupus and has spoken about life with chronic illness at Yale School of Nursing, Weill Cornell Medical College, Wonder Woman Tech Conference, and was a bi-monthly blogger for WebMD. Erica co-founded Suffering the Silence, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sharing the stories of chronically ill and disabled people.
Erica has a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College, where she studied Public Health and Theatre. She is dedicated to increasing representation and opportunities for chronically ill and disabled people in the entertainment industry.
